At Ambioc (www.ambioc.in), we are committed to delivering a premium fragrance experience for your car. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Please Note: Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with will not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used car fresheners or opened fragrance products
- Customized or personalized products
- Hygiene-related items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards or promotional items
Defective or Damaged Products
We only offer free returns if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ambioc.in with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Unboxing video (if available)
After verification, we will arrange a free pickup or guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank for processing updates.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please email us at info@ambioc.in.
The return address will be provided by our customer care team after your request is approved. Please do not send products back without confirmation.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value returns.
- Ambioc does not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
